Are You Prepared?

If you find yourself in a situation where you must use deadly force, you'll need to make two phone calls immediately afterward. The first is to dial 9-1-1 and the second call is to your attorney. Do you have the phone number to your attorney readily accessible? Is the number on your speed dial?

Your freedom depends on your first interaction with law enforcement. Do you know what to say? More importantly, do you know what NOT to say? Consult your attorney before you talk to the police.
